How do I download the conference app?
- Download the app 'Arinex One' from the Apple Store or Google Play Store
- Enter Event Code: co2crc and click 'Next'
- Enter the email you registered with
- Enter the Passcode you receive via email and click ‘Verify’

How do I make sure I don't miss a particular session/talk?
- Tap Program at the bottom of the app, tap the Session/Talk/Speaker of your choice and then tap Add to Favourite.
- To view your Favourites tap Account - here you can access a list of your favourite Sessions, Talks and Speakers
How do I post in the Newsfeed?
- Click on ‘Newsfeed’
- Select ‘Create post’ or like or Reply to other posts using the heart or comment box icon.
How do I add other attendees to my contacts?
- Tap 'Scan' at the bottom of the app
- Click 'Add to Contacts' to Scan
- Scan QR Code
- Proceed to 'Account' and select 'Contacts' to view or export your contact list
How do I send someone an in-app text message?
- Tap 'Account' at the bottom of the app
- Click 'Messages' and then 'Start a New message'
- Click on the name of the person and type your message
